Indian tourism just took a sip of ambrosia. Served in a champagne flute, wine tourism is currently growing at the rate of 20 per cent every year.
Thanks to a young urban India that has developed a voracious appetite for fine wining and dining, wine is now on the menu of almost every pub, upscale eatery and luxury hotel in metros across the country.
And saying cheers are 2,000-odd Indian wineries, whose entrepreneurial spirit has taken the domestic wine industry to international destinations.

The logistics are easy. These top vineyards are located mainly in Pune and Nashik, a 2-hour and 4-hour drive from Mumbai respectively.
India’s showcase brands – now listed alongside the finest from France and Italy – are made at these vineyards, which welcome the international tourist with wine-tasting rooms and luxury accommodation to make your vineyard experience wholesome and complete.
Bollywood Tourism is delighted to serve up day tours and / or overnight packages. Of course, you don’t need to be a connoisseur to sample the experience.
